Returns
All online orders are final and non-refundable. Due to the fact that KyKy's products are perishable, returns or exchanges are not accepted. Refunds or exchanges will not be offered based on customers taste buds.
- We are not to be held responsible for theft or damage to packages left outdoors resulting from a delivery where no one is able to receive the package.
- We are not to be held responsible for product that has been affected by temperature during the delivery process
- We are not to be held responsible for wildlife getting into your package.
- We are not to be held responsible if a package cannot be delivered or is delayed in delivery due to an order placed with incomplete or incorrect shipping information.
- Refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, package refusal, and/or incomplete or incorrect delivery address
- We can only guarantee the quality of our product if it is received within the shipping time frame selected by the customer at the time of purchase.

Due to our Kookies being perishable items, orders may not be cancelled within one business day of the ship date. If you would like to cancel or modify your order, please email us at info@kykykookies.com as soon as possible. As always, we will do our best to accommodate your needs and make you happy, however, please understand that due to how we process our orders and our production schedule, certain requests may not be possible.
